Distressed and Vintage Cards

Hello friends...

Yesterday at work I was thinking about my 2 friends who just lost a mother and the other her father.... then I got a call from a very good friend who had moved away a year ago and she informed me that she was just diagnosed with MS. Oh what sad news my friends have been dealing with, so I went into card making mode in my head! I know a card cant change their circumstances, but hopefully it can bring them just a moment of happiness and maybe a smile knowing I made it for them by hand and from my heart.
I chose to do the vintage distressed look because its a somber time
and thought it was a more appropriate
style for the situation...
and I have reciently become addicted to distressing!

This card is for Connie who called me yesterday
with her MS disgnosis.

This card is for Lisa who reciently lost her Father.
And BTW, the sentiment stamp I used
is just one stamp and they put it on a bit crooked!

This is for my best friend in the world,
Pam,
who just lost her Mother.

View from above of all the cards.
